Ever had an incident where a single misunderstanding led to greater embarrassment? I had one with a friend of mine, and here is out it went about LOL.

It all started with a simple sms and a call.

*Communicating via sms-es*

Her: Nah..hanging out at kfc :-) i ask you ah.. how come guys cn b so dumb ah? as in nt love wise! bt being a person wise.

Me: Huh? What you mean?

Her: Mayb? Haha.. dun jealous lahss =] ........... why are guys such blockheads? We are the fix thinkin.. vomit blood la!

Me: No la, We are just friends..

*She suddenly calls me*

Her (Phone): What are you thinking? You think I like you ah?
Me (Phone): Huh? What are you trying to say?
*After we hung up, we sorted things out via SMS, and it turned out to be a misunderstanding of both me and her, and normal conversation resumes*
Her: AHAHA! What are you thinking! No la ............ suddenly talk about _________. No link sia!
To summarize everything up, it all started out with this sentence "how come guys cn b so dumb ah? as in nt love wise! bt being a person wise." Somehow, I misinterpreted that sentence and gave her my own appropriate answer. Strangely, she misinterpreted my answer as well.

Basically, she though that I actually thinks that she likes me, and when I said "we are just friends", she though that I'm rejecting her "confession" to me. So, in short! I misunderstood her question, and she misunderstood my answer! LOL
